Guiding and assisting the Corporates in complying with the SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations as well as the Listing Agreement norms;
Providing Certificates to the Corporates for presenting to the SEBI certifying due compliance with the SEBI Rules and Regulations.

Securities Law Advisory

Providing consultancy with regard to the SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations as well as the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956;
Providing 'Opinions' on key legal issues on the Securities Laws and the Listing Agreements by analysing provisions of SEBI Act, Rules and Regulations, as may be amended from time to time;
Carrying out various Audits, including Share Reconciliation Audit, Share Transfer Audit, etc., and providing the Report in compliance with the Listing Agreement.
