Late Shri Pradeep Pincha \| Founder Late Shri Pradeep Pincha, Fellow Company Secretary (FCS) is the reason behind the establishment of the Firm, its growth, success and goodwill. He was the Alternate Chairperson and Scrutinizer of various Meeting(s) convened by the Principle Bench, Delhi and Mumbai Bench of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal [NCLT], respectively and 'Observer and Chairman' of various Board Meetings and General Meetings convened by the Hon’ble Company Law Board. He believed in the principle of strong commitment which means that once a person has committed himself to do a particular task there’s no one stopping him from moving the world and do even herculean tasks.
Mr. Akshit Kr. Jangid \| Co-Founder and Managing Partner Mr. Akshit Kr. Jangid is the Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Law Graduate from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and B.Com from University of Commerce College, Jaipur. He has been appointed as Scrutinizer of various Meeting(s) directed to be convened by the Jaipur Bench of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal [NCLT]. Mr. Akshit is well versed with conducting Due-Diligence, Secretarial Audits, preparing Compliance Reports and Certificates and providing ‘Opinions’ on various emerging and challenging issues of Company Law, SEBI Regulations. He is pro active with his approaches in work and believes in dealing with any assignments passionately which in turn provides the best quality services to clients.
Ms. Krati Upadhyay \| Partner Ms. Krati Upadhyay is Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a Law Graduate from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and B.Com from University of Maharani College, Jaipur. She got trained under the whole time guidance of Late Mr. Pradeep Pincha & Mr. Akshit Kr. Jangid and was associated with the firm before positioning as Partner and have requisite experience of more than 7 years in the corporate field. She is well versed with various segments of Company law and other secretarial laws and having good knowledge over Company Secretarial and compliance related matters including secretarial audits.
Mrs. Apeksha Agarwal \| Partner Mrs. Apeksha Agarwal is Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and got trained under the whole time guidance of Late Mr. Pradeep Pincha. She is having experience of more than 7 years in the corporate field is well versed with various segments of company law and other secretarial laws.
Ms. Deepika Sharma \| Associate Ms. Deepika Sharma is Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. She got trained under the whole time guidance of Late Mr. Pradeep Pincha& Mr. Akshit Kr. Mrs. Supriya Sharma \| Associate Mrs. Supriya Sharma is the member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and a law graduate from the University of Rajasthan. She is wellversed with various segments of Company law and other secretarial laws and having anoverall experience of more than 10 years in the corporate field.
Mrs. BarkhaChaturvedi \| Associate Mrs. BarkhaChaturvedi is Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), MBA from Jaipur National University and M.Com from MDS University.
